Abraham Villafuerte

I grew up in a small town in Mexico, studied abroad in the USA, and went on to study international business administration and economics in Mexico City. Then I moved to Tulum and got the kind of education no classroom offers.

At 22 I was running reception operations at Hotel Holistika, one of Tulum's best-known hotels, leading a team of seven through high season, overbookings, and guests who arrived expecting paradise. Two years later I was managing operations for Raw Love through its expansion into Raw Love Town, and after that I built a wellness startup's entire client operation from zero at The Quantum Clinic. Trial by fire, three times in a row. It compressed a decade of management lessons into four years.

In 2022 I went digital, joining Binance on the 24/7 support floor and later its social media team: 5.9K+ customers, 97 to 98% satisfaction, zero compliance incidents. From there, Exodus, where I led a team of nine, grew the social presence 29%, and built the AI systems that gave my team ten hours back every week.

That's the arc: four years of in-person hospitality leadership, four years of remote fintech at global scale, and an early, hands-on grip on agentic AI. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, based in Vancouver, and allergic to corporate filler.

I believe good work comes from people who like their lives.
